Is Corporate America Really Adopting AI? A Q&A Series

A recurring question at ARPU is whether enterprise AI adoption can ultimately justify the unprecedented scale of capital expenditure behind it.

To get closer to the answer, ARPU will run a limited series of Q&As with experts across frontier AI and enterprise software. We'll focus on the ground truth: where AI is actually changing how companies work, and where customers are beginning to commit real budget.

The Q&As below are open to all via the participation form. Readers can submit questions on industry dynamics, customer behavior, competitive positioning, pricing, or other areas within each expert's experience.

We are particularly interested in questions from technology operators and investors. If you know someone with a useful perspective or question, please forward this issue to them.

Upcoming Q&As

Each expert's LinkedIn profile is linked in their name

1) Ganesh Sah — Former Anthropic, Salesforce & ServiceNow
AI Agents & enterprise workflows

Ganesh has worked across frontier AI, CRM and ITSM platforms. Readers can ask about where agents are gaining real traction in sales, support and service, how enterprise workflows are changing, which layers of the stack are becoming more strategically important, and how AI labs and workflow platforms are positioned as these markets develop.

2) Akash Dutta — Former OpenAI, Palantir & Snowflake
Enterprise AI buying & software economics

Akash brings experience across frontier AI, deployed enterprise software and cloud data platforms. Readers can ask about buyer behavior, pricing and packaging, build-versus-buy decisions, switching costs, vendor differentiation, and which AI products are proving durable enough to earn recurring enterprise budget.

3) Craig Hartman — Former SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce & Cisco
AI ROI & value realization

Craig has spent multiple technology cycles working on enterprise-platform value realization, most recently as Global Head of Value Realization at SAP. Readers can ask about how enterprises evaluate AI investments, where budgets are moving, what credible ROI looks like, why some deployments fail to produce measurable value, and how CFOs and CIOs are approaching renewal and reinvestment decisions.

This is a limited run. If the series proves useful to readers, we will bring in more experts to examine other unresolved questions across AI, enterprise software, infrastructure and the broader investment landscape.

#Each Q&A has a separate participation deadline, listed in the form.
